Circuit

Get your heart pumping in this fun and varied class aimed at improving full body movement, strength, fitness and mobility.

Power

Take your fitness to the next level with an hour of power, focused on increasing performance capacity with advanced athletic activities.

 

Pilates

Improve core strength, coordination and flexibility in this small group mat-based class.

 

Prior bookings are essential. Please book an individual consultation with one of our experienced exercise physiologists if you have an existing health condition.
